This is a thin-film panel based on CIS (Copper Indium Selenium) technology Siemens developed in the late 1990’s vs the more common amorphous silicon type solar cells. I recently got a case of the 2″x2″ shell cells from ebay I built a nice 26 watt panel for my garage and a few smaller ones,Well long story short a 20 volt 1 watt panel cooked my radio so be careful when charging the expensive electronics.
